Guide initiatives from conception to execution

As a Product Manager for Service & Installation, you will focus on products for maintenance, failure prevention, repair preparation and execution of offshore power transmission solutions.

Your tasks include:

  • Take on the responsibility of managing and maintaining our existing portfolio of offshore cable services from service level agreements to our cable handling and repair equipment
  • Review and update technical and commercial documentation pertinent to our portfolio and provide support to the sales and operations teams as well as our customers
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and engage with key stakeholders throughout the process of product inception through its development, implementation and go-to-market activities
  • Offer feedback on product ideas, conduct data collection and analysis to support business cases for new developments

The location is onsite Karlskrona or Malmö, Sweden.

Strategical Product Manager with ability to communicate ideas

A high level of technical proficiency and an insightful approach to product conjecture from both an economic and technical perspective are vital for this role. Given your role in coordinating cross-departmental teams, it is essential to possess effective leadership abilities, coupled with a sensitivity to and appreciation for diverse perspectives.

Qualifications:

  • Offshore engineering background (master degree or work experience)
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with AutoCad and Solidworks (or similar).
  • Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, Swedish is a big plus.
