Facing the remarkable growth of the green tomorrow we are building a brand new and modern HV test lab, and are now looking for an experienced HV Specialist, facilitating the development of the work in our HV Electrical Test lab.

Proactively manage electrical safety through risk assessments and inspections. Become the go-to expert for electrical testing & investigations during breakdowns and maintenance. Shape the future with a chance to develop & implement innovative safety routines in collaboration with key personnel to make a lasting impact.
 

Primary tasks:

• Ensure continuous development of high voltage test methodology and equipment to drive quality, robustness and process optimization/productivity.
• Be the expert in electrical testing regarding high voltage, pD disturbances
• Be involved in risk assessments regarding electrical safety
• Contribute knowledge to the project for procurement of equipment
• Be involved in the installation of equipment, start-up and optimization
• Be involved in risk assessments regarding electrical safety
• Support and train the operators on the new equipment
• Operational support during testing

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the ability to navigate through ambiguities and solve complex challenges. You thrive on driving problem solving and continuous improvement and have had great success in leading cross-functional projects to deliver the organizations goals.

Requirements;

• Several years of professional experience in a senior position within a complex technical environment, ideally in the cable or accessories market.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in ISO 17025.
• Competency in SAP ERP system (MM, PP, WM, and SD) is an advantage
• Fluency in English. Swedish is an advantage
