Global Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d)

To support our leaders, primarily within our business unit Service & Installation, we are looking for a Global Talent Attraction Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in Germany. We, at NKT can offer you a seat in an international company with a clear purpose: to connect a greener world! 

Drive 360 recruitments and sourcing activities

As a Global Talent Attraction / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will drive full-cycle recruitment processes, mainly in Germany but occasionally also across other countries and locations, predominantly for jointers and other specialists.

You will take full ownership for all activities related, including sourcing and marketing as key enablers to succeed with our ambitious growth agenda.

You would typically handle tasks like:

• Ensure high-quality and unbiased recruitment processes
• Build diverse, external talent pools for the identified key positions
• Establish creative recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

We are a growing Global Talent Attraction Team and you will be part of a smaller, open-minded and collaborative TA team. You will work together with our German HR team, primarily based in Cologne to support our growth journey. Ideally, you will be based out of our Cologne and/or Troisdorf office with remote work possibilities.

To thrive in this role you are a person who enjoys a diverse working day. You enjoy juggling and executing  a broad span of tasks within several ongoing recruitment processes. You  possess great time management and planning skills. To be successful as our Talent Attraction Specialist you are a persistent networker who values and get energized when building and developing relationships and stakeholder relations.

Besides the above we believe you have:

• Experience from full-cycle recruiting, ideally from a production and/or construction setting
• Solid understanding from applicant tracking systems, for example SAP SuccessFactors
• Solid experience sourcing candidates
• Fluency in German and English
