NKT is seeking a Customer Intelligence Specialist to join our international Group Marketing team to provide impactful customer insights to internal stakeholders. Bring in the customer perspective to NKT to support strategy and improvement activities  
 The Customer Intelligence Specialist supports the global marketing function and other stakeholders across our international organization with customer insights to ensure informed decision-making, optimize strategies, and business growth.  

 
Your tasks will be to 

  • Lead various customer and market research projects (both quantitative and qualitative) 
  • Align with stakeholders on insight and research needs 
  • Develop guidelines or questionnaires in our survey tool (Qualtrics) 
  • Evaluate datasets and compile reports that offer suggestions for guiding marketing and operational strategies 
     

You will be a part of an international team of colleagues placed in Lithuania (Kaunas), Germany (Cologne), Denmark (Broendby) and India (Chennai). The role will be based in Lithuania (Kaunas), Sweden (Malmö, Karlskrona, Alingsås, Falun or Västerås) or The Czech Republic (the Prague area), with the option to work remotely part-time. Your direct manager is Katrin Stassen, Senior Business & Customer Intelligence Manager. 

A specialist within marketing intelligence with excellent communication skills 

The role is well-suited for those who is good at analysing and finding solutions to problems. You have an eagerness to developing and learning new things. Our team thrives on great collaboration, and you will enhance this by being service-minded, communicative and a great support to your colleagues and internal customers. 
 
You also have 

  • A BSc. in a research related field 
  • Experience in developing, conducting, and analysing market/customer research projects e.g. customer surveys, interviews, focus groups, either in an agency or corporate setting 
  • Sound knowledge of research methodology 
  • Knowledge in survey tools such as Qualtrics is seen as beneficial 
  • Fluency in English
