Engineer - Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

Your responsibility  areas
In your role as Engineer - Digital Solutions you will be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the assigned solution according to the service roadmap. 
Further tasks are:

• Participating in meetings with technical specialists in resolving incidents and problems, change activities and service operations
• Reviewing patches, releases and upgrades 
• Resolving incidents and problems and change activities 
• Act as change owner for changes related to the affected services 
• Support and training of users
• Meeting common service quality objectives within the scope of the assignment with the Service Manager 

Your profile

• Successfully completed, relevant studies, ideally with a focus on computer science or natural sciences & computers, (civil) engineering or comparable qualification 
• Knowledge in the field of construction / construction processes
• Experience with IoT devices (GPS tracks, LTE-M ...)
• Requirements definition for software projects
• English (mandatory), German (optional), Swedish (optional)
• Basic knowledge of MQTT / SQL / Azure DevOps / Procore or similar tree management tool desirable
