Technical ownership of our SuccessFactors solution
You are responsible for maintaining and further developing our group system and process architecture within the HR domain, including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (EC, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, Succession, Onboarding and Learning) and SuccessFactors Time Management. Together with our highly skilled HR IT specialists and SAP partners, you ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable HR solutions that meet architectural standards and organizational needs.
Your main tasks will be to:
You will be part of a team of 20 collaborative and skilled specialists within our Digital Core team and report to the Director, Digital Core. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in Czech Republic (Velke Mezirici and Kladno), HQ in Denmark (Copenhagen), Poland (Warszowice), Lithuania (Kaunas), Sweden (Malmö or Karlskrona), The Netherlands (Rotterdam), or Germany (Cologne). We offer the flexibility to work either in a hybrid model or fully remote from home.
SuccessFactors specialist with stakeholder management skills
You are a great relationship-builder with good communication skills. Effective planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize among tasks, are also key competences for this position.
