We are looking for an experienced Business Process & Data Analyst to join our Shared Service Centre in Kaunas to work on process and data analytics retrieved from system and process modeling. The position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania and reports to the SSC Strategy and Performance Improvement Manager in Kaunas. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing processes’ performance by consolidating, visualizing and analyzing process and system data, providing analytical insights for process and system improvements, developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) dashboards. As a Business Process & Data Analyst you will work closely with SSC Strategy and Performance Improvement Manager and various departments to manage business process architecture and data analytics within finance organization. Your main tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Monitor SSC processes’ performance per function by gathering, consolidating, visualizing and analyzing process data, Key Performance Indications (KPIs) and metrics, developing and maintaining KPIs dashboards.
  • Contribute to process and/or system improvements by analysing workflows and data sets in Invoice Management System ‘xSuite’, consolidating the data, preparing reports, documenting findings, and providing analytical insights.
  • Manage business process architecture within finance organization by monitoring the quality of process modeling and guiding employees on the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
  • Support various functions and departments within the company by providing trainings on BPMN, consulting on and supporting the process modeling within SSC.

What do we expect from the candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need a keen desire to learn and analyze the data, demonstrate experience in data analytics and visualization, process architecture management, a d ability to work both individually and as part of the team. The candidate should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or similar fields
  • 3+ years of experience in business process and/or data analytics, preferably in finance area
  • Strong analytical skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience in working with big data sets
  • Experience in business process management and process architecture management
  • BPMN knowledge and proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools such as Signavio, MS Visio, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Accounting, SAP, BI skills and tools, and Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge is a plus

Salary range for this position is from 3000 Eur to 4000 Eur brutto.
