In your role as Senior Manager, Global Mobility, you are anchored in Global HR and will lead a dynamic team of 3 global mobility specialists based in Denmark and Sweden. In your role, you define our global mobility strategy and provide strategic partnering across NKT.

Your team provides excellent service to business leaders across various business lines, HR colleagues and of course our many colleagues on global assignments. Together with your team and external advisors, you will define mobility policies and processes and implement new tools and processes as part of NKT’s growth journey. Your fingerprints will be all over NKT’s strategic journey. From inception to touchdown, you will orchestrate the global mobility lifecycle and dive into select assignments and mobility cases yourself, ensuring seamless execution while adhering to NKT’s global policies. You won’t just talk the talk—you’ll walk the walk. Show the way, inspire, and set the gold standard for compliant, transparent mobility practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing and promoting global mobility policies, guidelines and tools across NKT
  • Continuously adapting the mobility framework to new regulations, trends, HR priorities and feedback from stakeholder
  • Establishing relevant structures for support and mobility services to employees and managers
  • Working with NKT’s external mobility vendors to ensure high quality and satisfactory services and processes
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to address risk and compliance issues, developing solutions and conducting internal trainings

Who you are

A hands-on strategic thinker with effective communication and organizational skills

To thrive and excel in this position, you bring leadership experience and have several years of experience within global mobility from a multinational company handling complex mobility cases.

Additionally, you bring along:

  • Solid presentation and communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • A high level of cultural awareness and discretion
  • A self-driven and service-oriented personality with the ability to partner, execute and lead through influence and collaboration
