NKT is embarking a great transformation project that aims to merge three existing ECC platforms to ONE unified S/4Hana platform.

 
We are stating from fresh and we are looking for a great team to drive the program in close collaboration with the Business. This is a great opportunity to join a program with huge potential at the very beginning.


We have an ambition to deliver a new ERP base to support the growth of NKT during a multi-phased 4-year program. The program will introduce new technology, new platforms and new business templates.


To support and engage in this we have establish a new position as Senior Manager, PMO Lead, reporting directly to the Director responsible for the ERP transition project. 

Deliver first class program governance together with your team
You will be leading the new PMO team and be the right hand of the Director. As an experienced PMO Lead you will develop and maintain governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, decision making processes and reporting structures. 
It will be your responsibility to establish and implement control processes as: planning & reporting, risk & issue management, action & decision management, scope management, resource management and deliverable tracking & state gate control. 


Furthermore you will be responsible for: 

  • Developing and maintaining detailed program progress, milestones and deadlines
  • You and your team will produce regular status reports, highlighting progresses, risk, issues and achievements
  • Work with the Program Managers to eliminate roadblocks
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of project members, including granting system access for externals joining
  • Allocate NKT resources efficiently towards the ONE ERP Program, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, skills and personnel to succeed
  • Allocate Implementation Partner resources efficiently towards the ONE ERP Program, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, skills and personnel to succeed


Key desired skill set

  • SAP program governance and delivery management experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain SAP program governance and control processes
  • Experience with project plans and produce status reports for various audiences
  • Proficiency in analyzing project data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Super user in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
  • Proven work experience as PMO or Project Manager, preferably with big enterprise projects
     

You will join Group IT which has global responsibility, and our skilled employees represent multiple nationalities, working out of both HQ in Broendby, Denmark and our plant locations throughout Europe. This role will be placed at our HQ in Broendby, Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark or our office in Malmo, Sweden. 20-30 days of travel, primarily within Europe, is to be expected.
