NKT is embarking a great transformation project that aims to merge three existing ECC platforms to ONE unified S/4Hana platform. 

We are stating from fresh and we are looking for a great team to drive the program in close collaboration with the Business. This is a great opportunity to join a program with huge potential at the very beginning.

We have an ambition to deliver a new ERP base to support the growth of NKT during a multi-phased 4-year program. The program will introduce new technology, new platforms and new business templates.

For this we are looking for a Senior Manager, Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for the daily operation and successful delivery of Wave 1 of the ONE ERP program. 

Leading and tracking the progress of an exciting ERP project
As our new Senior Manager, Delivery Lead, you will be overall responsible for the progress of deliveries and tracking against the plan. You will be manager for the coming Waves Leads, when the they join the ONE ERP program. You will be reporting directly to Director, Ann Christensen, who is responsible for the project. 

Together with the PMO team you will drive the project management of the ONE ERP Wave 1 delivery scope. You can therefore expect to have a crucial role in the success of the project and can look forward to be exposed to stakeholders across NKT. 

You can expect the following tasks and responsibilities: 

• Enable and collaborate with workstreams, driving a scenario-based approach which can be converted into management/executive decision material, and bring forward to the responsible Director
• Lead detailed planning and implementation of Wave 1 scope according to agreed project model, and manage dependencies
• Monitor progress of delivery within each workstream incl. ongoing quality assurance of deliverables 
• Drive coordination with the Business Delivery tracks, and ensure Business Line presence for design decision-making 
• Proactively drive issue-resolution and risk mitigation enabling continued progress of delivery, and escalate if necessary
• Drive NKT resource planning and allocation towards Wave 1, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, skills and personnel to succeed, and escalate at challenges
• Leadership of workstreams providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Enforce governance framework and control processes outlined by Director and PMO
• Support the Director to prepare and report to the Steering Committee  

Key desired skill set
Your main key competencies is a big toolbox and experience with the completion of several implementation projects. Preferably with a strong SAP program management experience. Besides the desired skills would be: 

• Great interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and contributes with effective leadership
• Ability to obtain respect amongst the members of the project as well as create a safe and professional working environment
• Good technical knowledge concerning planning, monitoring and controlling programs
• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Certified in Program/Project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum.)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English

You will join Group IT which has global responsibility, and our skilled employees represent multiple nationalities, working out of both HQ in Broendby, Denmark and our plant locations throughout Europe. This role will be placed at our HQ in Broendby, Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark or our office in Malmo, Sweden. 20-30 days of travel, primarily within Europe, is to be expected.
