Your task will be to drive Sustainability, Health, Safety and Environment in the role as HSE Manager in Falun.
 

Health, Safety and Environment is a number one priority  
In the role as HSE Manager, you will lead a competent team and collaborate with several stakeholders, both locally and globally. You are both a trusted leader as well as an expert within the area, meaning that your contribution will be both strategic and operational. We expect you to develop HSE process, drive sustainability topics as well as coach on safety culture and take part in day-to-day activities.

You will be driving topics on top of our agenda, all across the site:

  • Advice and provide solutions to the business within Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability
  • Lead the development and local implementation of HSE processes, guidelines and procedures at the site, to ensure all applicable legal requirements are met
  • Follow up and report HSE KPI’s for the site
  • Be an active participant in safety walks
  • Support within incident reporting and investigation
  • Be part of the global HSE Council
  • Support tenders and projects for clients
  • Propose, prepare and perform trainings to keep and raise HSE culture and knowledge


This position is located at our production site in Falun, Sweden, with a direct reporting line to the Operational Director. A few travel days per year is included in the role.

Ability to create engagement and work cross functionally
As a person, you have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your work tasks and surroundings. We are searching for someone who is a strong leader with a proven ability to lead through others. You have solid communication and influencing skills to build trust with people on different organizational levels.

Your CV also includes:

  • An educational background within health, safety, environment or related field
    Lack of formal education may be compensated by longer relevant experience and documented achievements
  • Minimum 2 years working with HSE, preferably within manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Great skills in Microsoft Office, IA (or similar)
