Local HR Partner

We are seeking a dedicated Local HR Partner to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be a key figure in the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as the go-to person for all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.


What can you expect from position:
•    Carry out full cycle of recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
•    Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates and efficiently fill open positions.
•    Partnering with managers provide support on different people topics.
•    Taking care of positive working environment and culture.
•    Participate in employer branding, internal communication activities, and other HR-related projects.


What do we expect from candidate:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    3+ experience as an HR Partner or similar role.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•    High problem-solving abilities.
•    Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Salary range for this position is 2400 - 3100 Eur brutto.
