Role Overview

As the Global Process Owner for Financial Processes, you will lead the E2E standardization and optimization of NKT’s core financial operations. Your role will focus on processes such as Record-to-Report, Budget-to-Forecast, Treasury, Tax etc.. You will ensure these processes meet the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while leveraging our ERP system.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and accounting functions to define and align on process requirements and goals
• Develop the E2E vision and strategy for financial processes, ensuring alignment with our ERP system
• Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure consistent financial practices globally
• Drive the standardization, optimization, and improvement of financial processes across the organization
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal audit requirements across financial processes
• Partner with Master Data team to maintain high-quality financial master data

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a dynamic individual with in-depth knowledge of financial processes, including accounting, reporting, and financial controls. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential.

• Expertise in financial processes (e.g., accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial controls etc.)
• Experience in governance framework establishment
• Experience with IFRS and in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal audit requirements
• Proven capability in driving financial process standardization within ERP systems (preferably S4 Hana and/or SAP ECC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders across functions and levels
• Ability to travel as needed (25%)
