Drive Excellence in Marketing

As the Marketing Manager for Accessories you will join the Global marketing team and report to VP, Global Marketing, you will own and drive all marketing activities related to our Accessories business line. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the marketing team, Group Communications, Sales, and Product Management, to build and position the NKT brand within our target groups. Your strategic vision will align with our Global Marketing strategy and NKT business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies, ensuring high performance and goal attainment. You will manage marketing plans, including exhibitions, digital campaigns, and product launches, while aligning activities with NKT's global and group marketing teams. Your success will be measured by stakeholder satisfaction, timely project delivery, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Accessories marketing strategy in line with global and business line objectives.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities, including exhibitions, digital campaigns, product launches, and web initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency with NKT brand guidelines and support a balanced content approach across all channels.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to tailor marketing services to business needs.

Who We Are Looking For:

In order to succeed in this role, you should be self-driven with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others. A structured and result-oriented approach, along with significant project management experience, is essential. Your commercial and technical understanding of complex products intended for professional use will be crucial in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in recognized marketing agencies, or B2B marketing departments.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office skills, Adobe Suite experience is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
