Working Student - Digital Solutions (m/f/n)

What does your daily work look like?

In your role as Working Student for Digital Solutions (m/f/n) you will assist the CPQ project team with daily tasks, including testing and documenting our CPQ solution. Other tasks include:

• Work on assigned tickets and tasks, perform tests, and document results
• Create and update training materials, and prepare presentations for regular releases
• Participate in meetings with users and super users, and help define and specify requirements
• Maintain master data and provide basic user support
• Optional: Engage in software development in an agile environment (Microsoft DevOps based)

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Working Student for Digital Solutions (m/f/n) who is enrolled in IT, Business IT, Marketing, Engineering, Graphics Design, Education or any similar course. Additionally, you should bring the following qualities:

• Strong interest in IT and testing new software
• Ability to create impactful presentations and educational materials
• Reliable, independent, and willing to learn
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package and SharePoint/Teams
• English is mandatory, German is a plus
