As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will manage end-to-end processes for international assignments, oversee immigration compliance, and provide support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process. You will also play a key role in shaping and optimizing mobility processes, driving change, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our global mobility programs. Manage international assignments and compliance processes

Your role will be to:

  • Manage end-to-end processes for international assignments, including cost projections, tax & social security implications, and relocation logistics
  • Oversee immigration processes, ensuring timely and accurate visa applications, work permits, and compliance with local laws
  • Collaborate with external vendors to provide relocation and compliance services
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Monitor and control mobility-related payments and expenses with the help of external providers, ensuring correct reporting in the relevant jurisdictions

You will work closely with HR, finance, corporate tax, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of mobility programs with overall business strategies.

Experienced global mobility professional with extensive compliance knowledge

We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in global mobility. You should have strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax & social security regulations, and global mobility best practices. Solid project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential. You should be able to work efficiently in a multicultural and multifaceted environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

You also have:

  • Extensive knowledge of immigration laws, tax & social security regulations, and global mobility best practices
  • Solid project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work proficiently in a multicultural and rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of global mobility IT tools
