We are in search of an innovative and forward-thinking Vice President of HSEQ & Sustainability for HV Solutions Karlskrona, to lead our Health, Safety, Quality, Environment and Sustainability departments in an expansive, fast-paced industry. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable practices while ensuring the health, safety, and quality standards across our operations. 

Advance initiatives for sustainability and superior quality
As the Vice President of HSEQ & Sustainability, you will develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with corporate goals. Your role will involve promoting a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, health awareness and maintaining high-quality standards across all levels of the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the HSEQ and Sustainability departments, addressing challenges in delivery and improving operational efficiency and quality assurance.
• Act as a change agent, unifying teams and aligning them with the company’s vision and values.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, promoting a positive and productive workplace.
• Ensure that all processes and products meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Promote new ideas in sustainability and quality initiatives, enhancing the organization's standing in the sector.

Qualifications:

• Significant leadership experience at a senior level within health, safety, quality, environment and sustainability functions.
• Extensive experience in improving operational performance, quality assurance and delivering results in demanding environments.
• Deep knowledge of quality management systems, compliance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in strategic analysis and resolving issues, capable of managing intricate scenarios while applying practical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with all stakeholders and create a collaborative work atmosphere.
