IT Project Coordinator

Support a IT transformation journey at a C20 company
Do you want to contribute to a major ERP transformation project within a globally expanding team? As a IT Project Coordinator at NKT Cables Group A/S, you will provide essential support for our 4-year ONE ERP transformation journey, ensuring seamless coordination of program activities, governance, and stakeholder communication. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a significant migration of three SAP platforms into a single S/4HANA system for the entire company.
 
Coordinate and manage key program activities
Your responsibility will be to:

• Support the ONE ERP Program Leadership in planning, tracking, and coordinating program activities.
• Maintain and update program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone trackers in partnership with the PMO Lead and Integration Partner.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring agenda alignment and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage program documentation, including project charters, status reports, action logs, and decision registers.
• Monitor program risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in partnership with the PMO Lead.
• You will be part of a collaborative team based in Brøndby, DK, reporting to Senior Director, ONE ERP Program.

 
Organized and initiative-driven IT Project Coordinator
We are searching for someone with well-developed organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. You should be comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in an ever-evolving program environment.
You also have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Interest in project/program coordination within IT, ERP, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP projects, ERP implementations, or enterprise transformation programs is an advance, but not a requirement.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
