Conditions of participation “NKT Accessories Year End Calendar”

Participation in the NKT Year End Calendar (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) is free of charge, the following conditions of participation apply exclusively:  

Natural persons worldwide who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a good or service. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the Year End Calendar are not eligible to participate. The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at his own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or performance of the Competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these Terms and Conditions, (c) in the event of unfair trading or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the Competition.

In the period 01.12.2022 to 24.12.2022, visitors to the website https://x-mas.nkt.com/and to the LinkedIn account of NKT Accessories will have the opportunity to open a door every day.

Participation is by starting the NKT Accessories Year End Calendar and then clicking on the current calendar door. Behind some of the calendar doors there are competitions. In order to take part in a competition, it is necessary to fill in and send the entry form. The participation period provided for this extends from 0:00 to 23:59 on the respective calendar day. Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered in the draw. One registration per participant and day is possible. Participation in the competitions is free of charge.

The winners will be determined by means of a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw. The winners of the raffle will be notified personally. The prize will be sent exclusively to the winner. Exchanges, collection and cash payment of the prizes are excluded. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the organizer. Any additional costs associated with the claiming of the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize. If the winner does not respond to the request within a period of 2 weeks the prize will be transferred to another participant. There will be no correspondence about the Year End Calendar, promotions and prizes.

The Organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate Online-Year End Calendar and its integrated actions at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

The implementation of the Year End Calendar by the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the participant’s country. Legal action is excluded.

Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply accordingly in the event of a gap in these conditions of participation.
